Long Beach Meditation Sunday

Long Beach Meditation invites you to join us at our Sunday Meditation Sits, 3:00 to 5:00 P.M at the Unity Church of Long Beach which is located at 935 E. Broadway, Long Beach, 90802.

We have two thirty-minute sits along with on-going instruction in Vipassana meditation technique, our core practice. Guiding Teacher, Victor Byrd, also gives a dharma talk and leads the group discussion. We have mats, zafus and chairs, but you are encouraged to bring you own sitting gear, if you can.
