About Us
L.A.Dharma is a non-sectarian Buddhist organization. Our mission is to create a focal point for insight meditation and to help develop community. Buddhist ethics, traditions, and practices inspire our activities.  We host retreats, offer meditation groups, workshops and classes.  L.A.Dharma operates as a division of the Center for Insight and Social Justice, a 501(c)3 public benefit corporation, from which it inherits non-profit status. All donations are tax deductible.

The core of our vision is to build sangha, reduce suffering, and develop innovative ways to share our work. We are part of the Theravadan tradition and offer a variety of meditation practices. To these ends, we collaborate with others who share our vision, in whole or in part. Our activities are open to persons of all faiths and denominations.

L.A. Dharma is very concerned about your privacy and the security of personal information that may be submitted by you to our web site. Any information you give us will be held with the utmost care and security and will not be used in ways you have not consented. L.A. Dharma does not collect any personal information except when it is specifically and knowingly provided.

L.A. Dharma may share aggregate or summary information about visitors to our website for marketing purposes that in no way identifies the personal information provided by any individual. L.A. Dharma does not sell, rent, share or release any personal identifying information.

L.A. Dharma, however, does reserve the right to collaborate with other similarly interested organizations for educational purposes such as public talks, retreats, seminars, classes, or other events whose expressed purpose is to further our mission. To accomplish these ends we may combine our lists with our collaborators and deliver them to a professional mailing house for automated processing.

Refund Policy
All LA Dharma products have a satisfaction guarantee.
If you are unsatisfied with any product, contact us and we will do everything posible to make you happy!

For events with advance registration, full refunds with be provided up to 24 hours prior to the start of the event. Partial refunds may be provided after the start of the event.

For physical products sold, a refund or exchange (less shipping) will be made for any undamaged product received in new condition within 14 days of purchase. For products received in perfect condition more than 14 after purchase, a 20% restocking charge may be applied.

Refunds will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase within 3 days from the date the returned product is received.
